Video not available/access denied

Hello all,
I'm new to this site and while watching the first season of DBZ, I've noticed several videos that I could not view. There's an error message saying video not found/access denied. I haven't annotated which ones didn't work yet, but I'm going to later. Is this a normality on this site? If so, what's the fix time for reported videos?
